well i thought thats what you do. go to layout, then page element. but when i go there it says add a page element, but there is nothing there. like, it wont give me any page element options or anything, and you cant click on "add a page element" either its just a sentence there. make sense? so i dont know. :(

yeah it just wont let me do it ever since i changed my layout. so i dont know. maybe it'll change or maybe i can figure something out sometime.
