I just read on NieNie's blog (which I find to be quite boring, to be honest with you) that someone had a baby named Beck. And I'm pissed. I may have to find a new name.
You just have a name you like. There will always be others with the same name. I didn't know another Stacey until after we named her and found them everywhere. Oh well. She is a Stacey.
I saw that yesterday when I read it and I thought... OH NO! But really, it's ok. My favorite girl name was in the top 10 last year, so.... what cha goin' to do?
Not many other kids named Dallas around, but people who see his name (like doctors offices, etc) always assume he's a girl. What?!? I had no idea that was a girl name. I screwed my own kid over and now there's nothing I can do about it.
Just name him Beck and give everyone else a little talk-to-the-hand.
Oh STOP!!! who cares who had what named what....go with what you want to name that sweet precious baby. It will not matter if there are 1000 kids with the same name. He will always be yours. :)

I bet nobody has picked Elmer Hubert. Those two names are interchangeable and haven't been used since the birth of your G'pa!!

I thought I made the name Casen up. I had never heard it before and now there are Casens everywhere and I hate them. It's my word.
