Disposable!! Medela. They are the only good ones. (The other brands made my boobs itch. Weird, I know). I had to drive clear to Target to get them...but it was so worth it. I have some organic cotton washable ones and they were lumpy and would leak. Not a pretty thing.
I have to agree, disposable, they are just so much easier. And you go through so many that you would be washing them all the time. But then again I didn't even try washable so take my advice for what its worth. :)
disposable, no brand qualifications-different pads for day and night. however, you might want to check out lilypadz. i haven't used them, but they come highly recommended.
I would go with disposable. I tried the washable, and they always look so bulky after they are washed. Plus the disposable have the plastic lining so you are less likely to leak through.

Seriously folks??!!! Washable! Three kids later and telling you that! Push your nipple in when you use them to avoid leaking!
