I'm pretty good with a bow staff.

I was on sparkpeople looking to see if I could add Jillian Michaels's Shred to my workout today, when I found some interesting activities that you can add to your workout so you can track your activity/calories/etc.

Let's see...I skipped for about ten minutes today...


And then I was a stagehand for about an hour...


Then I fished (while sitting). I'm gonna be skinny in no time.


You should check out sparkpeople. My favorite part is that you can map out where you ran, and it will tell you how far it was. Then you tell it how long it took, and they add it to your workout for the day, keeping track of how many calories you burned and the distance.

See? (Don't judge how slow I am.)

I'm going on your exercise plan. To think I'd have to cycle for an hour when I could be a stage hand or fish to burn calories. Now what type of fitness instructor am I not to know these things?

haha. That's funny! And I really like that you can track your miles if you don't have a way to do so while you are running!
