Spencer got into Rockband...unfortunately I didn't have more memory left on my card to show his better moves. (STUPID OLD CRAPPY CAMERA) Heidi was really good on the guitar, Sara was a natural on the drums, but both girls on the opposite instruments....stick to your own instruments, girls. :)

While we're on the Rockband topic, here's my mom playing with us a while ago. I'd also like to say that I play most songs on hard now, and I have even played a few on expert. Yep. Spencer was taunting me cause he thought it looked easy, but I told him I'd like to see him try. Psh.

Oh Hair

So the poll ended up just as I suspected it would. Blonde won, but that doesn't mean that I'm doing that! I started the treacherous endeavor of growing my hair out (I've tried many a time, but I've succumbed each time), and I want to do it this time. It's a tedious and ugly process, but I want to see what my natural really looks like when it's all over my head and not just at my roots. You can't really tell when it's just your roots...they seem so dark when I have blonde hair, but then they look gray when I have black hair. What a dilemma. So after 10+ years of hair color ignorance, I will embark once again. Wish me luck!

Maybe this is an answer to my problem...


Trivia:
- As of tonight, Matt and I are members of Gold's Gym. I want to travel the world just so I can work out at all those other gyms.
- I got a blister from drumming on Rock Band. I'm hardcore.

I'm with the band

Well, we had a Rock Band party on Friday night. So here are pictures of that.

Here's the invitation/flier/flyer. I can never remember how to spell that. Please don't mind my editing in Paint. I didn't feel like going into Photoshop to take out address out, (for safety precautions from you freaky stalkers!) so I scribbled over it instead.

Here are our friends James and Sara. Sara was really bad at the drums, but much better at the guitar. :) She will most likely never see this because she's technologically disabled...as in she doesn't do stuff with computers. If you do see this, HEY SARA! Great cupcakes! They're going on our cruise with us.


Here's Ashley, Jared, and me going at it. I'm wearing my Pink Floyd shirt that I bought at Walmart specially for this party. I also wore my jeans with a hole in the knee, and my sparkle rocker shoes. And I dyed my hair purple in the back. With real dye. Jared and Ashley are also our cruise buddies!

I'm so freakin good

It's true. I'm so good at Rock Band now. Well, definitely on the guitar. I'm now on the hard level...you have to play with all.FIVE.keys. Yep, you heard that right. I even played on the medium level holding a conversation with my mom on the phone. I'm better than Matt on the guitar, drums, and singing. I can't help it. I must be musically inclined. Too bad I don't care.

So today I asked a lady in my store if she knew about the sale going on, and she said, "This one?" and pointed to the sign (99.9% of people don't look at the signs), and I said yes. She goes, "I can read." OK, biatch! I don't think you can really understand how rude she was without me actually saying it to you. Then when she was getting rung up (not by me because I purposely didn't go up to do it), she asked the new girl if it REALLY needed to take that long to get the sensor off of her inside-out clothes. The girl told her that she was new, and the lady was like, "Oh ok!" all sarcastically. I don't get when people are mean for no reason. I thought of so many rude rebutalls to her "I can read" statement, but of course I couldn't think of them at the time. I felt like Meg Ryan in You've Got Mail.

Drugs, Sex, and ROCK N ROLL

That's what we're all about. We bought ROCK BAND for our xbox! (Thanks, Mom and Dad, for Christmas dinero.) If you don't know what it is, it's Guitar Hero...but better. It has the guitar, a drum set, and a microphone. It's pretty fun. I recommend it.
