I hate when that happens... You get all excitd to try something new...and it totally bombs on your.... From experience and by looking at the picture of your cookies, Id say that if you added more flour they would have turned out! That happened to me once. If you are feeling up to it, you could try again!
I was going to say the same thing: add more flour! Tons of recipes don't actually state the CORRECT amounts of things. Jerks. They look delicious! (The originals, I mean ;) )
I have made lots of cookies that turned out like that. I think it’s too much grease. Usually mine turn out like that if I grease the pan and wasn’t supposed to. Just a guess.

omg. i've had THREE cooking disasters this week. THREE!! and i'm a good cook...that's why we got so fat. stupid people publishing effed up recipes.
